Overall this unit is in good condition. It is 5 years old and has some wear an tear; but it is functional. The faux leather is flaking off and various piece of trim are less than perfect, but these are cosmetic. All appliances, ACs, slides, etc work. It has Goodyear tires. It comes with an installed ford ultimate trailer camera and TPMS. It will come with a Blue Ox hitch and portable dump container. Pricing is based on NADA estimates. Due to the cosmetic issues, the price has been adjusted accordingly.
