R V is in excellent condition, no smoking, no pets. Two elderly adults. The couch has been removed and replaced with 2 recliners, 2 tv’s inside 1 tv outside, stacked washer and dryer used very little. Tires are 1 and 1/2 years, all 8 Batteries are less than a year old. 1 and 1/2 baths. It has all the options offered on 2015 40 E. I have peripheral Neuropathy in the last 4 months and its incurable and must sell. I can’t even show it to you, I will get my friend to show. Stored in closed end storage bay. Also has safe-T-plus sterring.
