This Thor Tuscany XTE 40GQ motor coach has only 27,000 miles on it. In May of 2021 I replaced all 6 tires with NEW Continental HSR 2SA 275/70 R22.5 tires, they have less than 500 miles on them. In June of 2021 I also purchased 3 new Magna Shade units for this rig (windshield, driver’s window and entry door). This RV comes with an EezTire Tire pressure monitor system for all 6 tires, and a Garmin RV GPS. It has 4 power slide outs and comes with a king size bed and 2 sofa beds. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, microwave convection oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker and is set up for Direct TV (with automatic Wingard HD satellite system). The living room has a SONY 42 inch TV, the master bedroom has a Sony TV and DVD player, and there is even an outside TV on the passenger side slide out. It has 2 awnings (one over door and one over passenger slide out). The large slide out will automatically retract in high winds to prevent damage. The woodwork in this coach is BEAUTIFUL, and LOTS of storage space both inside and out. Both seats are power adjustable, and the passenger side even has a footrest. It has a 3-burner stove and large sink. The dining table is adjustable, allowing you to use it with either 2 or 4 seats. It also has a workspace for laptop and printer.The main living area has a sofa that sleeps 2, and an expandable "J" couch that also can be used to sleep 2 as well. The coach has large porcelain tiles as well as some carpet in selected areas. This Thor 40GQ has 2 air conditioner units. Heat is provided by 2 propane units (one in living room and one in bedroom) as well as an electric fireplace. The AC units are also heat pumps, capable of providing heat. I also recently replaced the glass shower doors with new Nautilus self-cleaning retractable shower door. It has a 10,000-pound trailer hitch, 8000 Watt Onan Diesel generator (with only 350 hours on it), Allison 6 speed automatic transmission, Cummins 6.7 motor on a Freightliner chassis, rear and side view color cameras, heated side mirrors, auto leveling system, 50 gallon Black tank, 50 gallon Grey tank, 90 gallon fresh water tank, dual side fuel access, DEF system, a Dirt Devil central vacuum system and more!
