This RV is the perfect size for a couple just starting out or looking to downsize! It light weight allows for versatile tow vehicles and its shorter length really open a ton of options for camping for you! It sleeps up to 3 people with a double bed in the front and a dinette table that folds down into the additional 3rd bed. (note there is not main mattress or microwave included) The kitchen area has a two burner gas stove a single basin sink, refrigerator with small icebox inside and nicely sized pantry area. Over head cabinetry throughout the entire coach gives you extra space for all of the other items you might want to take along. The bathroom has a foot flush toilet with a tub/shower combo. To the left of the entry is a clothing closet. Going to the exterior the unit is equipped with the biggest manual awning it can accommodate, exterior speakers for the AM/FM/CD/STEREO, spare tire with bumper mount, sewer hose storage bumper,manual stabilizer jacks on all four corners, gutter extensions to help prevent black streaks on the exterior,front window rock guard to prevent damage while towing, single 20lb propane tank, large deep cycle battery to operate all the interior fixings, manual tongue jack, roof top non ducted a/c, side ducted furnace, and steel white wagon wheel rims.
