Outside for the year is in great shape with light fading & some paint peel with no delamination. Diesel generator, hydraulic leveling and lots of outside storage. Inside very clean with leather coaches and front leather driver and passenger seats.  No soft spots in the flooring & no pet or smoke smells or any other bad odors. Newmar RV’s are ones that do not last when we get them in.
