This is a great family unit with lots of sleeping options, two AC units, 30 or 50 amp service, back up camera, outdoor kitchen, lots of storage underneath. The underbelly is enclosed and heated, so it rated for 4 seasons (we have used it in -5 degree weather). It has a nice fireplace that is both a heater and for ambiance. The unit is in very good condition, it has a few minor dings and scratches on the inside from normal use.
