This unit is a remodeler's dream! Rough around the edges, but SO much potential! Perfect winter project for the handy man with potential to make money or simply get a huge unit at a steal of a deal! Others in good shape retail for $30,000+. Many cabinets have been taken out, sofa & chairs are gone, and carpet is loose & ready to come out. New dinette, flooring, and paint have been purchased and are ready to install. There is evidence of prior leaks, but have not found any active. Intended to rehab, but found a bunk unit better suited to our family and overhauled that one instead. Just ran out of steam for another project. We never camped in it, but everything worked at the time of purchase.
