*Possible sale pending*This RV is the Melbourne Prestige LP, which is much more upgraded than the Melbourne L. According to the manufacturer it can tow up to 5000lbs vehicle, Or easily connect a bike rack to hitch that is installed.  The RV has only been used a few times and has less than 4000 miles. There is no damage. The water heater is a Truma tankless on demand water heater with built in anti freeze feature for cold weather camping. The roof is a complete heavy duty fiberglass roof for added protection and durability, unlike the rubber roofs (that leak) on the Melbourne L and other RV’s. The propane generator has less than 6 hours. Extenda Stay propane connection included. The automatic leveling system is by Bigfoot. Many RV,s don’t come with auto leveling. The RV (like most) did not come with a spare tire or TPMS, but was added. It has two house batteries and quick hookup solar panels, which keeps batteries well charged on sunny days if dry camping and can run many items on the inverter without running the generator. Many Melbourne RVs do not have inverters to power outlets.The Mercedes chassis is top of the line with crash avoidance, lane keeping and more. It has the large Mercedes navigation display, and easily connect the RV to your phone with Car Play.
