Good condition, lots of interior room, Stored under shed except when used, 3 year old tires, includes 5th wheel support, slide out topper, lots of storage, winterizing hook up, water heater bypass, TV, blue ray player, all 12v lights interior are LED, 110v/propane refrigerator, fantastic fan in bathroom, ceiling fan, AC, heat, three burner stove, oven, and microwave. never been over 200 miles.Need to downsize due to health reasons
