This trailer is in perfect condition as I’m one of those guys that takes care of my “stuff”. It has an added side out awning to protect the upper roof from debris. 2” bumper trailer receiver for bike racks. It has a bumper mounted propane swing out grill (not shown). Blue Tooth back up camera makes it a breeze to back into camp sites. When the trailer is not in use it is covered to protect the roof & side wall from the sun and is included. I have applied a coat of Synthetic Polymer Paint Sealant to the entire trailer. It has a built in laundry chute with a clothes basket below. A couple unique features of this trailer this size is it has some counter space, yes a place to set the coffee pot & an entry coat rack cabinet. 12’ awning is full power with LED lights @ the end of the awning. ALL components of the trailer work and it is winterized for the upcoming cold season. The UVW of the trailer is 4400#. I have pulled this unit with a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 3.2 V6 in Michigan hills with plenty of power to spare. This means most SUV’s with a V6 engine will be able to pull this trailer.
