This has been a good RV. We only used it on the ranch and has only traveled about 20 miles per year. To the ranch in the Spring and back to Malad for the winter, The Microwave has never been used nor has the AC ever been used. No Power. Batteries were kept charged by Solar. I could also include the Solar package. The furnace was used rarely. There are no major problems. The only things I can see is both vent covers need to be replaced and I can work with you on those. They are covered. Also some small water damage by the door from mopping the floor. The ranch can be muddy at times. It also comes with the sway bar package. We built a small cabin in its place so it is not needed anymore.
