I purchased this brand new in April. We drove this to Montana and back. Used it for 3 weeks. It's been stored in covered Storage. Everything is still under factory warranty. Everything is excellent and we loved this RV, it's just too big for us. We are going with a 19ft RV instead. Two things wrong with it:1) Roof has a slight tear about 8" long. A roof overhang sliced it at an RV Park. (As of November 3rd I had progressive check it and since it's on the side and visible they're replacing the entire roof so in about December it will be out of the shop with brand new roof, no damage.)
2) The curtain broke in the bedroom.

I will include everything to get you going and RV that same day.
30Amp Cable.
3 sewer hoses, and 1 sewer hose clean out hose.
1 Sewer house expandable slope to set the sewer hose.
2 fresh water hoses.
X-jacks for the tires for less vibration inside.
Rubber pads for stabilizers.
Rubber pads for risers and plastic risers to drove RV on top when ground is not level.
Rubber Wheel chucks.
