*****PENDING***** Stored indoors in our shop when not in use, currently winterized. This was a dream camper for a couple years. We purchased it, used it this season but the Kids (19 and 15 year old teenagers) informed us this Summer that they don't want to camp as much so we have decided we want to move to a Class A. This camper is loaded with upgraded as we had planned on it being in the family for years. This is a 2021 312BHTS (built oct 2020), picked up at dealer October 2020 and went in the barn for winter. We ordered it with 2 AC's and the two chair Ottoman dinette. Upgrades include: Kitchen & bunk slide toppers; 2 Max Air covers; Larger bath exhaust fan; upgraded bath sink faucet; two 24" inch Westinghouse Roku TV's; Winegard GW-1000 internet router; Soft queen bed in a box; Both bunk beds have 3" foam pads under bunk pads; Upgrade 7000 lb axle tubes and springs from performance trailer braking (replaced the barely enough weak factory 5200 lb axles the week we purchased it) & 3 MorRyde x-factor crossmembers as well, this was a $1600 upgrade; has a Hensley Arrow WD Hitch with 1400 pound bars (look up Hensley arrow, $3300 new, literally no sway ever, I painted ours gray); has a Generator Tray with custom lockable cage for the predator 3500 Generator with adaptor plug for 50 amp that allows you to run 1 AC and Fridges. If the Hensley and generator are not wanted, we could discuss that, we would rather sell it all together. Thousands have been spent on upgrades, you'd be hard pressed to find another 2021 with all these upgrades in this price range. All of our personal pictures on the walls are order from "ReSticky" and will be removed. We would entertain delivery at "purchasers cost" of our full round trip expenses for around 400 miles once payment has been made in full. Clean title, no liens, title on hand.
