New 15,000 btu ducted ac in front. Four brand new tires. Electric stabilizer jacks on rear. Stabilizing tripod for kingpin. Large shower with upgraded wand. Impeccably clean. Exterior, roof, and all moving parts maintained to exceed mfr recommendations. All slides maintained to like-new condition/function. Plumbing and electrical in excellent condition.

Imperfections: Small cosmetic ding on left rear of coach (see photo). Needs new plastic wheel skirts. Covers on recliners due to vinyl separation.

Covered when not camping. No pets. Tanks always clean and treated. Three televisions, including 50-inch led in living room.
