This unit is extremely clean inside , no damage ,flooring has no stains or holes .I have owned it since new .The garage area will fit a four seat side by side ,it comes with the electric beds and dining room tables with leather recliner .The back deck converts into patio with Safty fence and full cover electric awning.The living area has four recliners built into the sofa with two being heated and massage, an electric fire place is built in under the tv and can provide heat or just flame for ambiance. The kitchen area has plenty of storage and stand alone island for food prep. The master bed is king size with slide for his and her closet’s. The outside is in good shape but the nose decal is showing some fading from sun. The trailer is equipped with a second inverter and two extra batteries so you can watch tv without the generator running during the quiet hours.Outdoor tv is included on this model and electric awnings cover the entire front side of RV also included is a king satellite dish for DirectTV .The tires were upgraded to a 17” wheel with semi tractor trailer tire ,16 ply ,so no need to worry about flats .I will include the regular wheel and tires with the sale, this was a $4800 upgrade .
