This RV has been well maintained and is in very good condition. It has auto leveling jacks. There is a 5500KW Onan generator with 543 op hours. There are awnings over each slide, as well as a large patio awning for shade. A cover for the bathroom fan allows it to be used if it's raining. Two air conditioners keep the temperature just right. The bed has an upgraded, extra comfy, memory foam king-sized mattress. There are lovely nightstands on both sides with drawers, and plenty of closet and storage space throughout. The kitchen has a large, deep pantry, a broom closet and fabulous drawers. There's a dry bar below the big screen TV. Each bunk bed has its own light and DVD player with headsets. The bunk bed area can also be used for storage. A new dash stereo was installed in 2021. All 6 tires were replaced in 2020. I purchased a tire warranty last year. It's transferable, with 6 years remaining. The unit was inspected by Lemon Squad in March 2021 and passed with flying colors. (Report available for $40 fee, which will refunded with purchase.)
