My family enjoyed three amazing months in this trailer before deciding we'd need to upgrade in order to live in the space full-time. Main bedroom includes a queen-sized mattress. Rear bunk includes one twin mattress (upper bunk previously used as toy storage/play space. Trailer tires were replaced just a couple of months ago and have fewer than 300 miles on them. The new A/C has been used for three months and works great. The kitchen sink was upgraded to a large, stainless steel basin and gooseneck faucet with matching soap dispenser. There is some water damage from the previous owner that we have purchased materials to address better before winter but we haven't yet done the work and the price reflects that. See pictures.
