We are selling our 2019 fifth wheel RV. We have ordered a new somewhat larger model. We expect the new one to come in within a few weeks. Tis unit is in like new condition. It has always been kept inside unless we are camping with it. It is a "light" model which means it can be towed with a 1/2 ton truck. Empty weight is a little less than 8,000 lb. It is nearly 32 ft long and 151 inches high. We have pulled it with a 1/2 ton RAM with the 3L diesel. Got about 14 mpg.The unit is really clean. We have had it out maybe for a total of 20 days. The kitchen has 2 large pantries, a 8 Cu ft Refrigerator, LED lighting in the ceilings, and a quick recovery gas/electric water heater, and an Island with tall faucet and a farmhouse sink. It is equipped with power front and rear stabilizer jacks. In addition to the standard premium features we have added 2 slide toppers (it has 3 slides and 2 power awnings), a few grab bars for better safety, and an improved access to the winterizing system. A new unit like this has a suggested retail price close to $60K.We really can't list all of the features but it does have a quiet ducted two A/C system, a 39 inch flat screen TV, Twin Recliners with heat, an indoor and outdoor audio system, a fireplace that put our quite a bit of heat (has thermostat) when connected to shore power, power awnings with LED lighting.
