This is a great camper for the minimalist! It is basically a sleeping area with electric, air conditioning and tv jack. It is a safe, dry place to sleep off of the ground! This camper is like new. We kept it in pristine condition by storing it in our garage with our two cars. It is easily maneuvered by hand (580 pounds). We used the camper twice and found that we would not use it enough to keep. Two people can sleep in it along with a coffee maker, mini frig and tv.
