This little pop up is in nearly perfect condition, used by us about 10 times since being purchased locally at Bobby Combs in El Cajon just before the first lockdown. 
Easy to tow and maneuver, simple setup, very comfortable and quite roomy. Everything you need to upgrade from your tent on the ground to a real bed and some nice amenities while still feeling like you are really camping!
