2005 Cougar 281EFS Bunkhouse 5th wheel

This Half Ton Towable 2005 Cougar 281EFS Bunkhouse 5th wheel offers a single slide out for added living space and a rear bunkhouse to give kids their own space with twin bunk beds and a wardrobe closet for storing clothing and games. Inside the main living area, you'll find both a fold down sofa & dinette inside the slide, a fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment area with TV and stereo. As you walk up the stairs toward the front of the trailer, you'll find the private toilet & shower to, and a wardrobe/linen closet and vanity w/ sink. At the very front of the trailer is the queen bed with overhead storage cabinets, dual nightstands, and TV hookups at the foot of the bed. Large basement storage.

This 5th wheel is in very good condition except currently the air condition is not working but should be an easy fix. Was told it needs a new control panel but could just be easily replaced. Everything else in the trailer works perfectly. The entire unit has been extremely well maintained with regular maintenance and cleaning. IT has all original furnishings in very good condition. Only 2 owners.
