Single female who purchased this beautiful RV Brand New with 2,155 Miles on the odometer in the state of California, due to "shipping" from manufacturer's location in Indiana (They drive it, not tow it). It was the last one on the lot! I got lucky, I have to say. From CA, I drove to Montana solo with my Jeep hitched with ease. I landed in MT and have since changed plans to continue traveling because I decided to lay down my roots here! I have now decided to sell and give someone else the luxury of travel during these crazy times. This vehicle is truly amazing. The new upgrade to the gas coach, Ford F53 Chassis with 7.3-liter V8 engine offers up 350 horsepower and 468 lb./ft. of torque with automatic overdrive transmission that made towing my Jeep a breeze. The refrigerator, oven and stove and all the features made me feel like I was at "home". The king size bed and roomy shower is an added plus. Great A/C units with automatic feature to maintain perfect temperature was so needed during this HOT summer. The 2 large Samsung smart tv's work like a charm, as you can imagine. The one in the living space, slides up from a hidden compartment. The automatic hydraulic leveling jacks that work off an app on your phone make it safe and secure. I used the 4.0 kW Gas Cummins Onan generator when I was unable to plug in and that was great to have! Ran the A/C and refrigerator off of it and was able to slide out as well. When chilling outside, the automatic awning with remote control was lovely, it's adjustable and when the wind gets whipping, it has an auto roll in feature that is great when you step away. Winds are random out here, so believe me this is great to have. Some optional features included are the Norcold 10cf Refrigerator with ice-maker, 1200 Watt Inverter, exterior ladder, frameless double pane windows (keeps noise levels low and temperatures maintained) with slide shades for privacy. Some main features I love are the cruise control, the skylight above the shower, the 2 power vents (one in kitchen, one in bathroom), the lighting throughout, the 3 burner range, and 2 separate A/C controls for living and sleeping areas.
