We just returned from spending 5 nights on the beach at the Red Coconut RV park in Ft. Myers beach. This is the only place around that you can rent a spot where you are actually on a beautiful sugar sand beach and watch sunsets from your RV. Our RV worked perfectly, AC kept us cool 24/7 despite the heat, awning provided lots of shade. Refrigerator and freezer kept food and drinks cold. Generator, altho we didn't need it, operated AC to and from park. The bunk beds are a great place for grand kids and even adults as they are across from bathroom for easy access at night, but give us privicey as there are 2 expandable doors that can be drawn to isolate that area from the front and back of the unit. Kitxhen table folds down for an extra bed but we would use it for extra kids along with pull out sofa. Overhead sleeping area is comfortable and roomy and even works for adults. Unit has a swing arm TV in main cabin along with stove, oven, microwave convection, sink and refrigerator. Hot water heater, cable hookup, TV Antenna with signal booster ,Lots of storage.

Class C is completely self sufficient even when driving, we can get up to use bathroom or grab a bite at a rest stop. With propane tank, refrigerator and stove are always working; flip the 4,000 Watt generator on at any time and you have additional AC and microwave if you need or for dry camping. I have changed the oil regularly,only needed to replace fuel pump on generator 6 months ago, otherwise mechanics are all good.

Exterior has a lot of storage area for grill, chairs,etc. and has a rear camera so easy for backing up and checking on traffic or tow vehicle. Hydraulic leveling Jacks automatically levels unit when you stop for the night. It's outfitted for car towing using a $3,000 Blue Ox system which I am including. We had a place in Colorado and used the RV for trips there and back and worked great for the 5 of us and pets. 10 cylinder Ford E450 Superduty engine handled 7% mountain climbs with no problem, great engine!
