1. 75k miles, $7k worth of mechanical updates in 2017 with documents, brand new battery, new tires in 2017, and put 0 miles on them. Has been stationary for 4 years. Lived in full time for 3 years. 

2. In need of repairs. Told by Ford dealership that there is a crack in the cylinder head, and the new exhaust manifolds are not attached properly and need to be repaired. No details beyond these.
