Defects that I am aware of: there is a 2 centimeter scratch on the rear driver side door near the base of the door that was there when I purchased the van. The top drawer under the passenger side closet doesn't latch. I use a door buddy to keep it closed. I've been waiting 18 months for something more significant to go wrong so I could get the latch fixed at the same time, but nothing ever broke! No smoking in the van ever, but there have been cats (for a week) and dogs in the van at various times. There is a lien on the van, so sale must take place at a Bank of America branch.
