Power tongue jack, 2 entrance doors, 3 burner gas stove, microwave, large 2 door fridge, 18' awning, queen bed, and dinette and jackknife sofa convert to beds. Lots of storage. Full bath, large bathroom closet, flat screen TV, DVD player. TV may be viewed from living area and from the bedroom. Queen bedding, footstool and artwork included. This trailer is in great condition, clean and in good repair. We get so many compliments! We've taken it boondocking in Moab, and full service at mountain state parks. Our grandchildren always stayed in with us instead of with their parents in the tents! Their parents now have their own trailers, so we're downsizing to a couples trailer. This trailer will be perfect for a family, great adventures are ahead for the new owner of this adorable trailer. It actually would be a great "tiny house", guest house or vacation rental.
