All systems and all mechanics in perfect working condition. Extremely clean - 1 owner and purchased in September of 2020. Opposing slides in main living area make for great family area. No smoking - no smells. Excellent care has been taken. Made improvements in shelving, baskets, extra storage which will all stay. Highly functional kitchen space with 7 drawers - almost unheard of and extra large pantry. Large U-shaped dinette that converts to very comfortable bed for an adult. More features we love: breezy easy leveling. Kids bunk room is very comfortable. Lots of window light and exceptional black out shades. Large awning in perfect location for maximum useable space. Tows like a dream. Bathroom has lots of storage. Extra fridge on outside under compartment. Cozy fireplace in family area. Great family unit all around.
