Basically new. My mother purchased it last fall and only used a few times before she decided a Class C was better for her. The trailer is still under warranty.

Cons:
- The external door covering the generator is broken but is on order at RV dealer and should be in soon for replacement.
- There was a recall on the propane regulator which will also get fixed when the generator door is fixed.
