Great buy with lots of upgrades. Lived in by one person for 8 months after Hurricane Michael. Lots of space and storage, outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge. Kids bunk house has it's own table tucked away under a bunk that swings up for space. Upgrades to queen mattress, A/C, cool seal on roof. Shower size more than adequate, even for this big girl! Well maintained with very little wear and tear. Tires in good shape. Firm price with upgrades and published values for this model.
