Imagine bunkhouse, well kept. Currently occupied until 9/20 and will be on a full hookup with slides open etc until 9/30 in Saint Augustine FL. After that it will move to storage.

I only want to deal with someone face to face, no internet transactions considered. I can do facetime or zoom if you would like to do a remote walk thru before traveling to look in person. Because we have a loan on this camper, US Bank has indicated it will take 7-10 days to clear the camper so we can transfer title.

Positives:

I have been actively living in this camper since April and it is in perfect shape for that purpose. It will come with many odds and ends that you would otherwise have to purchase. Grand Design is a great company and we have been very happy with this camper.

Negatives:

There is fiberglass damage on the rear exterior. I have had it covered with plastic since May and no issues at all. This occurred when I was transporting gear on a bike rack and it hit the back. Any boat repair shop could sort it out easily.

The Claw awning tie downs (personally observed30 mph winds and safely had the awning open using this system)
