Excellent condition inside and out. I am the second owner! The camper has been stored indoors when not in use. Decals are like new no sun damage. New 12 ply tires (Nov. 2020 with less than 3,000 miles)and new deep cycle battery (July 2021). All systems work as designed (hot water, water pump, refrigerator, slideouts, awning, stove, heater, AC 13,500 BTU). Built in vacuum, electric awning and electric stabilizer jacks on the front and in the rear. No leaks!
