Great for Family and a Great Rental (I can offer my experience if you are interested and should you choose as it can pay for itself!) It is well loved but it also does show some use and probably needs a wax due to this Colorado Sun. We have 3 kiddos and have loved this RV and have traveled down the East with it for 4 months. Non smokers!

The Bad:

• I managed to rub the back driver side one day.
• Scratch in the driverside decal (cosmetic but just have not fixed)
• Scratch on the entry door to the house side of the RV

The Great news for new owners:

• New Tires (July 2021) ($1600 you don't have to spend)
• New House Batteries (June 2021)
• New Roof/AC/Antenna/Covering/Sealing (July 2021) (basically the top is brand new)
• New Max Air Fan over the queen bed in the back (you don't know how nice this is!!

It is big but it drives like a van for anyone new to RVs and it is comfortable.

I will also offer up my 2010 Subaru Outback and all of the brakes and connections for another $8500 if there is interest in a Tow Vehicle. Note that is the car and like 3k in upgrades to make it towable. Just an FYI it is a manual drive.

I am happy to talk about the RV and even can share a video on it by the previous owners that shows all of the details.assuming you will want to spend 18 minutes deciding if this is the correct RV for you and your family. I have to check but I think that the drive train warranty is still good until 60k.

I can deliver this .depending on where you are.but it will likely cost the trip and the drive or flight home.I will just need a bit of notification there for that whole job thing.
