We are selling our 2013 Thor ACE motorhome due to a change in plans. We purchased the ACE in August 2019 with the thought of traveling the country when we retired in late 2019. The reality is that we have only had it out twice; our first trip being a 10-day excursion in March 2020 and a recent 2-day camping trip with the grandkids. Other than those 2 trips, the motor home has been in storage.

We purchased new tires prior to our first trip in 2020- they have less than 1,000 miles on them. The armrest to the fold out sofa has been removed to enable the passenger seat to swivel around and face the TV. We have the armrest if you wish to re-install it. Other than that modification, the coach is exactly as it was upon purchase. Low miles and a smaller size yet it is roomy enough to take a couple of family members or friends along on the trip. The motor home is in good condition, clean, and ready for new adventures.


The generator works well as does the air conditioner, heater, automatic leveling jacks, slide, and water heater. Black tank empties flawlessly. Oven, microwave and refrigerator work fine. Exterior paint and interior upholstery is in excellent condition. We have the manuals that came with the motorhome. We also have an EEZ Tire Pressure & Temperature Monitoring System ($450) that was never installed and will be include at no charge. The motor home has been stored inside since we purchased it in 2019. Everything is in great shape.
