It is family ready, clean and ready to use. The queen bed was upgraded to a all foam mattress. We purchased this particular unit because the floor is great and has a second bedroom with bunk beds which gives the kids a great place to shut down in the evening. The modern design on the inside makes it very comfortable to relax in the afternoon after a long day.
It has been used less than 15 times in the time we have owned it. The unit comes with everything listed on the spec sheet found on manufactures website. Anderson hitch could be included but would be additional. The unit is in great condition and ready for your next adventure.
has extended warranty available until May 2024. I already have the paperwork to transfer it. The manufacture warranty is not transferable and it has lapsed.
