2020 jayco jay flight has a nice floor plan outside sink/stove/refrigerator great for bbq or watching a game. Electric awning, propane stove, great AC, winterize package. Setup for solar. Porcelain toilet and nice size shower. I had dealership remove the bunk beds and dinette but dinette is in my shed if you want to put it back in. Neighbors are nice and if you pass a background check you can have my spot
