This Motorhome is in excellent condition and is owned by a non-smoking family. It has been stored indoors and is total electric. It has been well taken care of and includes many upgrades. New slide toppers, Girard patio and door awnings were installed in 4/21. It has heated tile floors, a central vacuum system and 4 televisions (including 1 outside). The bedroom includes: a king size sleep number bed and a walk in closet with a washer and dryer. The dining room has a dinette table with chairs and a computer work station. The living room has: an electric fireplace (1500 W), a queen size sofa sleeper with an air mattress, and a new swivel recliner. It also has upgraded driver and passenger seats with lumbar support. The passenger seat reclines with a foot rest. The kitchen includes: a full size residential refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker), an induction cooktop, a Fisher Paykel dishwasher and a custom built spice/storage cabinet (approx 2' x 7'). The bathroom has 2 sinks and a large shower with skylight. This motorhome has lots of bay storage on both sides including a full width cargo tray that slides both ways. A steering stabilizer was added along with a Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding tow bar. Shocks have also been upgraded. House batteries were replaced in 2019.
