Description

We're selling our family's fifth wheel that we bought last year because we're not going to be able to use it for the foreseeable future. We've taken a few trips around the South East in it, and have taken meticulous care of it. It has had a couple of early flat tires causing us to have to remove the fender flares, but we replaced all wheels and tires (including a full-sized spare) with high-end Michelin heavy duty tires that are brand new with tens of thousands of miles left on them and a long warranty. We've also replaced the water heater with the highest-end Truma tankless water heater so you have non-stop hot water for showers. Our family of 4 could take showers one after the other without running out of hot water. We only needed one air conditioner at a time since the two that it has are ducted and cool the interior off very quickly. The Cummins propane generator runs very quietly and efficiently and powers the whole RV all night. We've upgraded several things about the utilities to make setup and breakdown easier. We've upgraded the bathroom vent fan to a Max Air which creates a much stronger airflow throughout with the windows open. Comes with a cargo carrier on the back. We are the second owner but the previous owner took meticulous care of it as well. We recently went around the exterior and touched up any future potential leak points with dycor to preserve is weather-proofing for a longer period of time. We run a dehumidifier in it when it's not in use to preserve the interior and prevent any smell from building up instead. It smells brand new. We cover all beds with mattress protectors under the sheets and keep tank preservers in all tanks and only put filtered water into the fresh tank so it stays clean. Includes a $350 surge protector. If you have an F250, GMC or Ram 2500 then this thing is a breeze to tow. If you have a dually, then you won't notice it back there. We're settling in place for a while and have decided to sell it so someone else can enjoy it instead of letting it sit. It's currently at a family member's house until the middle of October, but if you're interested and want to make an offer we can try to work something out in advance.
