This trailer was only used a handful of times each summer since purchase. Very good condition over all. There is a cosmetic issue in the bunk room (small crack in the paneling to the storage area, which doesn’t affect function or safety), and the lock to the outdoor kitchen area sticks a little. The outdoor kitchen itself works great. The back right stabilizer is bent at the connection point, but has been perfectly functional. The trailer was inspected and serviced in December 2020, at which point, the front burner and related wiring were replaced for the inside stove. Four new tires were put on in July 2021. Upgrades to the trailer include vent covers on top, updated curtains, weight distributing hitch with sway bar, and an electric tongue-jack. The trailer comes with 2 water hoses and brass connections, cord adapter, 2 electrical cords, 4 chocks, leveling blocks, cloth cover, collapsible garbage cans, small grill, foam mattress pads, and waterproof sheets. Photos show a handmade quilt on the queen bed, which will be replaced with the original brown comforter at time of sale. Vinyl decals can be easily removed. Storage openings on the exterior are large for easy access.
