Vacation-ready Shasta Class C. New awning and digital thermostat and A/C controller. The House section is clean and ready to go. We added TV and computer mounts in the living room and bedroom, see pictures for details. Bedroom in rear of unit has a queen bed. Bathroom between bedroom and kitchen has full-sized residential-style toilet and standing room shower under a skylight for extra height. Kitchen features propane stove and oven as well as microwave and double basin sink. Living room has fold down couch and dinette for daytime seating or extra bed space (for shorter guests) at night. Pull out bed over cab is only twin sized, which is a little different than many class C rigs, but the extra cabinet space is a unique bonus.Engine runs well, as does the generator. Will need new 12v batteries if boondocking, but for plug-in camping or running the generator it hasn't bothered us that the batteries don't seem to last as long as they used to. Engine has just had new spark plugs and plug wires (with integrated coil packs) as well as a new heater core installed to ensure the defrost works for visibility in colder climates - never needed the heat in the front otherwise as the house heater works for climate control.Only other noteworthy negative is the stair motor's gear seems to be stripped, so we've had to make the steps manual. Doesn't appear to be a difficult fix if automatic steps are desired but it's not a large step, sometimes don't even bother opening the steps under the door. Do not plan to include computer mounted in the bedroom, but that is negotiable as well.
