Due to unexpected family situation, this 5th wheel has been used less than 20 days since its purchase new. It has been garage kept the entire time. A new 2nd A/C unit was added last year to the bedroom, making it much more comfortable on super hot days. The unit has been for service and inspections every year since purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the poor quality of upholstery fabric (faux leather type that began flaking & peeling after just a few years) used by the manufacturer, we have replaced the dual recliners and sofa sleeper with new furniture covered with a long-lasting charcoal/gray tweed-type fabric. It should last for many years to come. There is more than adequate storage in this camper. A new DVD player was recently installed as well as LED light bulbs to reduce heat put off by interior lights. The awning is in perfect condition. As mentioned, this 2015 is as a brand new camper with less than 20 days total use.NOTE: This 5th wheel does not have a generator, but it can be hooked up to a generator and seller will be happy to install appropriate connector to make that possible.
