Interior vertical clearance is 72” at the skylight and 68” elsewhere. Exterior measurements: length 22’ 4”, width 7’ 6”, height 8’ 6”. This model, with the most internal storage, has a permanent double bed . There’s space under the bed, three ceiling mounted cabinets, a shelf over the large rear window, a closet, a small shirt closet, three drawers with a fourth drawer and small cabinet in the galley. There are reading lights for the bed and over the barrel chair near the pull-out table. All interior lights are LEDs. The galley has a microwave, a two-burner stove top and a 3-way refrigerator. A ceiling mounted air conditioner cools in summer and a propane heater warms in winter. There is a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, an LP gas alarm and a fire extinguisher. The carpet is covered with dimpled polypropylene mats. The Rialta has 21.1 gallons fuel, 5.6 gals propane (heater and stove), 16 gals fresh water, 6 gals gray water, 13 gals black water, 4 gals hot water heater (runs off engine coolant or 110). It is equipped with cruise control and a 4-speed automatic transmission with a cooler and dipstick. A dash-mounted ScanGauge II monitors four of 15 possible engine functions. I got only about 13-15 mpg on 87 octane fuel on a recent 6,000 mile trip. The cab air conditioner is equal to the demands of global warming. There is a JVC CD/USB/iPod/Android dash-mounted radio. The Generac generator has been replaced with an installed remote-operating “Rialta Renegade” 3000 watt inverter generator. Incoming AC campground power passes through an automatic transfer switch. A 25-foot heavy-duty extension cord in the trunk. There are 20-30 amp and 50-30 amp adapters. An installed inverter charges the two Group 27 deep-cycle “house batteries”. A plug-in 12v voltmeter is installed. A 1000- and a 200-watt inverter are installed. The small inverter is used for the included 19-inch LED DVD-capable TV. The original shower drain has been re-routed to the drain gray water holding tank. The steel 15-inch wheels have Maxxis Bravo UE 168N 215/70R15 with a load index of 109. All have a date code of 4916. Suspension is aided by inflatable air springs.
