This unit is in like-new condition. It has been in enclosed storage except for the few trips we have taken. Tires are 14 ply with only 1,000 miles on them. Coach has lots of extras such as slide toppers, theater seat with heat and massage, 22 ' LCD TV in the bedroom, etc. Everything from AC to refrigerator to the remote control slide and jack controls work like new. The only reason we are selling is that we are getting older and need a smaller RV.
