Low mileage, very lightly used Hurricane! Not only are there fewer than 10,000 miles on the engine and chassis, this motorhome has spent most of its life parked in storage. Shortly after purchasing new in 2010 the owners were faced with a significant health crisis. This, combined with a move out of state, persistently high gas prices and now the pandemic has prevented them from fully realizing their dream of traveling across the U.S. and living the RV lifestyle. Reluctantly, they have decided that the best course of action is to sell. The vehicle has been well maintained and has six brand new tires as well as new sun awnings. For the most part it has been stored outside and some of the paint and clear coat will show sun damage. I've included some photos that are representative of the areas have had the most significant exposure. The only other known issue is that the automatic steps can be erratic, sometimes working and sometimes not. Because the RV is used so infrequently this has not been a huge issue but is probably something that a new owner will want to have addressed. A final note: I am the owner's son-in-law and will be the handing all of the phone calls, answering questions where I can and scheduling showings. As I live about an hour away from the storage location I'll be scheduling showings 1-2 days a week, most likely on weekend evenings. I'll do my best to answer any questions but may need to put interested parties in touch with the owner if there's a question I can't answer.
