Key additions AND upgrades include:
1. Carefree of Colorado 12-foot awning with LED lighting strip installed. This is longer than the small one that originally comes with it and sits further above the door to make it more useable, avoid tearing the awning on the door and better clearance of obstacles, $1,748.
2. All Formica countertops have been replaced with more durable, beautiful, customized, professionally installed Corian countertops, $2,000.
3. Replaced the inside propane burner with True Induction TI-1B Single Burner Counter Inset Energy Efficient Induction Cooktop 1600 Watts, $680 installed.
4. Upgraded the inverter to AIMS Power PICOGLF30W12V120VR 3000 Watt and 9000 Watt Surge 12VDC Input to 120VAC Output Pure Sine Inverter Charger Backup Power. All professionally installed and comes with 3-yr accident protection plan (via Amazon.com), $2,300.
5. Four new Ark Leveling Jacks, $800.

8. New Sony digital multimedia receiver XAV-ax7000 professionally installed and integrated with existing wiring, $898.

Modifications made inside the camper:
+ Original toilet never been used, so we plumbed the space for a second freshwater tank that doubles the general water capacity for the camper!
+ Converted dining booth into a bench by removing the half wall between the bed and dining area, which really opens-up the floor plan and makes it more usable.
+ Upgraded the vinyl floors with waterproof, extra durable, 10-yr, snap laminate - finished with molding.
