This is a easy pulling trailer ready to roll on any adventure a small family wants to undertake. It includes a New roof, new hd tires, new upgraded power converter, 3 TVs, outdoor kitchen with fridge, Kuerg, and tv, minimal carpet, 2 ducted ACs, microwave, gas range with oven, single portable induction cooktop, pots, pans, and utensils. Also included is an almost new stinky slinky, and good fresh water hose. Just add clothing, food, drink, toilet paper and you ready to roll.

At 31' this trailer easily fits in the majority of State Park RV spots with room to spare. The large rear window and opposing slides makes for a open floor plan that brings the outdoors in. And with minimal carpet, the outdoors is easy to clean up when it makes its way indoors, add a kid and it will. My daughter was proof. And now for the disclosures. The roof was replaced as a result of snow damage, luckily no water damage, caught it early. Secondly, the sofa vinyl is peeling. This happens to be a common occurrence around the 6 year mark, we made it to 7. A sofa cover would make a nice edition. The battery no longer holds a charge for any length of time. There is sun damage to the front nose, copious amounts of wax and polish has helped, but not the best. The trailer can also use a good wash and wax.
