The 5th Wheel is a 2014 Cougar High Country 327RES. The trailer is in great condition and is non smoking. It is only used several times per year and is stored inside a shop building when not in use. New tires installed July of 2021. The trailer features a rear living room with fire place and two recliners. The trailer has more storage inside than many newer models. The master bedroom has a queen bed and hook ups for laundry if needed. The rear entertainment layout of this Keystone Cougar fifth wheel makes it feel a lot like home.Model 327RES offers triple slides, plenty of seating and storage throughout, plus more.As you enter notice the refrigerator and storage pantries located straight ahead. The kitchen continues with an L-shaped counter in one of the large kitchen/living area slides. There is plenty of counter space for prep work, a three burner range, and overhead storage, and more.

The slide opposite the door also features an L-shaped sofa with hide-a-bed, including overhead storage along with the kitchen appliances. The slide to the left inside the door just passed the entry closet features a free standing dinette and a recliner with overhead storage.

Along the rear wall there is an entertainment center with an LCD TV, overhead and lower cabinet storage both above and below, plus along each side of the TV. There is also a electric fireplace for those cool chilly nights to keep things cozy and warm.

Head up the steps to the side aisle bath and front bedroom. The bath features a corner shower, toilet, sink, and linen cabinet. There are dual entry doors; enter from the hall or from within the front master bedroom.

The master suite provides a quiet retreat with slide out queen size bed. There is also a full height front wardrobe with sliding doors, plus a nightstand, and corner wardrobe closet that has been prepped for a washer and dryer.
