Well maintained 5th wheel!! We have done some upgrading and lived in this for a couple years traveling. There are a few spots in the carpet and just normal wear and tear from living in. LOTS OF LIFE LEFT! There is a hole in the bedroom that goes through to the outlet in the bathroom. Should be an easy fix. Bed is a sleep number bed and very comfortable! Please calll for any information! Roof is conditioned every year. Upgraded refrigerator and microwave. Does not come with furniture, but have pictures with furniture. We will put the TV back in before it sells! Washer and dryer will go with the unit! We put house furniture in this trailer and took it out for our house! New AC unit in 2018. 2 New tires in 2020.
