1976 vintage airstream sovereign land yacht. I have lived in her as a tiny house situation quite successfully for the last four months .we restored It with new roof top ac unit ,sink , faucets,rain shower head , bathroom shelving ,on demand water heater ,updated electric , flooring ,brand new electric refrigerator, conduction stove top and countertop oven and flat screen TV. We built in a closet and hung new curtain rods .Fresh paint throughout .New exterior lights, side window replaced . Previous owners put on new tires ,gutted and redid plumbing, insulation ,toilet ,shower and electric so I can’t speak to the details of that but ,we had the man who helped with repairs / updates from the RV service do an inspection from head to toe when we were finished. ) There is no propane Service currently but the tanks are present an airstream.There 2 of the original awning /holders . The larger one needs a piece to be remounted so it needs to be taken separately and both of them need new awning material. I did not take her on the open road as that was not my purpose for her , but she was safely trailered to us from 300 miles away. She’s being sold “as is “ (of course feel free to bring someone to inspect her , and we also had her inspected just days ago as I mentioned. ) as she is 45 years old and vintage but that being said we have addressed so many Of the big parts of being an RV owner that should make a wonderful part of your next adventures in RV travels. Airstreams are a big community and quite a following over the many years for a reason. She is a part of history and you can continue to maintain her as we have, so she has a bright future.(furniture available upon request)
