This is a really nice 2013 5th Wheel and is one of the best years for Open Range RV's.
This 5th Wheel has very rare front living room. Its HUGE. There is a fireplace and a TV console where the TV rises up out of the cabinet. It has two full size couches in the slides in the living room so two people can each laydown and watch some TV or read by the fire. Its the equivalent of a 12X14 Room in front.
Has a leather lounge recliner as well. The tires are brand new with only 125 miles on them.
Has a free standing solid wood dinette that comes with four chairs. One chair also turns into a ladder for some of the taller cabinets.
The refrigerator, oven, and microwave are placed in a slide-out in the galley, producing an effective floor space equivalent to an 8’ x 10’ kitchen. Has a 12 cubic foot residential refrigerator the standard refrigerator is 8 cubic feet.
The rear bedroom is massive – with a large wardrobe and a washer/dryer compartment that comes with a Splendide Washer Dryer combo in a slide-out on the passenger side of the vehicle, and a 72” x 80” bed in a slide-out on the driver’s side this is one of the best bedroom configurations in the industry. When you open the door to the ensuite bathroom, and see the 48” x 30” shower, the vanity, and linen closet. Kitchen faucet is upgraded, Tires are brand new. Capeting was removed and vinyl flooring installed. There is so much storage underneath you wont believe your eyes!
This trailer is in excellent condition. No leaks. Great roof. The slides are sealed and kept that way. My husband is meticulous about maintenance.
