2018 Forest River Rockwood Geo Pro G17PR - sleeps four. This unit is very clean and has been well cared for. It is easy to tow – the empty weight is 3161 pounds and the cargo capacity is about 800 pounds. A towing weight distribution system and anti-sway bar are included with the hitch. The camper has electric brakes to assist with stopping. The Geo Pro is designed to work in campgrounds and in more remote locations.
The camper features a 13 ft powered awning, Full bed – Murphy pull down and Queen bed in expandable fold-out. Mattresses are heated. The sofa makes a jack-knife bed if the murphy bed is not pulled down. Two wardrobe closets are located on the sides of the murphy bed, a third large closet in the rear of the camper and a pantry cabinet in the kitchen area. The camper has very good storage available. There is an indoor shower with tub and an outside shower as well.
Air conditioner is 13,500 BTU model and the gas furnace is 20,000 BTU. Kitchen has a 3-burner gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator and range hood that vents outside. Camper power is 30 Amp service with power converter and battery backup. This unit is also ready for solar – the power converter can use input from a solar panel to charge the batteries. The refrigerator and water heater operate with electricity or gas. For quick recovery, the hot water heater can use both electric and gas to heat water faster. There are two 20 lb propane tanks.
The camper has a television with DVD player, AM/FM Radio/entertainment console, Wi-Fi Booster, indoor/outdoor speakers, cable hookup. Television and entertainment console have remote controls.Fresh water tank capacity is 37 gallons and the grey water and black water tanks have 30 gallon capacities. A “city water” hook-up is also available and a pressure regulator is included to protect the plumbing from excessive pressure. Two water filters are included to ensure good water quality.
Extras and upgrades: Keyless door entry with programmable code, additional water filter for water supply, hitch locks, backup camera and an upgraded sewer hose. Wheels are alloy and the tires are one year old. An Adco camper cover is also included, new in 2020. This unit is smoke free.
